| >> SAP Techno/ Functional Consultants:(5 to 6 years of Experience) |
| Should Design, Develop, Test, Implement all phases of SAP R/3 4.7 Enterprise. Should have 5+ yrs of exp in SAP Workflow & Integrating SAP portal components, IDOCS, User Exits, BDC's, RFC's, BAPI's, SAP script, SAP-WAS & EDI-Idoc. At least 3 Years of experience in setting up SAP portal environment - ESS & MSS, develop custom made solutions to support standard SAP Enterprise portal functions using BSP, WebDynpro & Java, with EAI Tools, ALE & Data Distribution configuration. |

| >> System Administrator: (1 to 3 years of Experience) |
Should be able to Maintain SQL Server/DB/Windows. Monitor & trouble shoot backup related problems & Restoration. Install, Load & Configure OS devices. Create & maintain User Account for Users. Configure Network. Implement DNS/TCP/IP/ISP protocols and be able to setup, maintain & trouble shoot VPN. Knowledge of H/W,S/W,Net Work,Trouble Shoot on SQL SERVER on both Local/Mirror Servers is must. Solving the System & Network problems, Configuring, Implementation of Data Security procedures & processes. Should be Team Player.Must posses Good Communication & Interpersonal skills with a Proactive Approach. |

| Should be Result oriented Business Dev IT sales for US business includes expansion with pitching business. Sell software/solutions & related services to prospective companies, building relationships, extensive surveys, negotiate strategic proposals wrt RFPs. Good communicator & bridge interaction with the higher management. Worked in IT consulting or projects with proven track record. Sell solutions, achieve targets, strike conversation, build rapport with excellent verbal & written skills in English. |

| >> IT Recruiters:(2 to 5 years of Experience) |
Will be managing end-to-end subject talent recruitment process for our clients. The IT Recruiter will work with the US based companies to understand needs, identify and interview candidates and work with companies to coordinate process.Two year of experience in IT Recruiting process with Engg/MCA degree with back ground of technical recruitment. Very Good oral & written communication skills a MUST. Understanding of Technical terminology, Recruiting & Web sourcing is needed.
